In the afternoon summer heat wave on the north eastern North America, the people of New York and Toronto on the weekend waiting impatiently. None of them has any idea what is about to happen. The town hall was quickly closed to the public in a few seconds a hundred plants have closed and thousands of people were left without electricity. Within seconds 50 million people are deprived electricity, telephone and water. Thousands of people get stuck in elevators and in subways.
